Bullhead City Police are looking for John Jesus Rodriguez, 29, who is wanted for attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault, both per domestic violence. On Wednesday, May 16th, a female victim reported that her live-in boyfriend, Rodriguez, woke her up and began assaulting her. He strangled her to the point of almost losing consciousness
